We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We guarantee a refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned items. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Your satisfaction is our primary goal.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchased items, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the products. We will provide you with the return shipping address, and once we receive the returned items, you will be eligible for a refund. All returned items must be in new condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging.
If the return is due to consumer reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping fees. If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the customer will not be responsible for shipping charges.
REASONS FOR POTENTIAL RETURNS

Step 2: Please allow us 7 days for processing exchanges or refunds.
Step 3: Our technicians will inspect each returned item. After inspection, if it's a manufacturing defect, you will receive an exchange or refund within 24 hours.

2. Incorrect Purchase/Want to Return Unwanted Product
Step 1: Return postage is borne by the buyer.
Step 2: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Step 3: The buyer must contact a sales representative within 7 days of the product's arrival.
Step 4: Returned items must be in new, unused condition and include original tags and packaging. Any used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Shipping Damage
We exclusively use top-tier shipping companies like UPS and FEDEX. Please do as HOLOHOLO suggests:
1. Upon package arrival, please inspect the package.
2. Do not accept any damaged packages.
3. You are responsible for personally signing for the delivery and inspecting the package before signing anything.
4. If you find package damage, immediately request the delivery person to file a shipping damage claim.
5. Please provide us with your shipping damage case number, and we will assist you in obtaining compensation from the shipping company.
4. Incorrect Shipment from Our Side
1. Returned items must be in their original condition.
2. The buyer must contact a sales representative within 7 days of the product's arrival.
3. After receiving the returned items, we are responsible for providing you with a full refund or sending you a replacement product.
5. Missing Parts
1. If your shipment arrives with missing parts, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order.
2. We will expedite the delivery of replacement items to you through the fastest available channel.
6. Cancellation/Refusal of Delivery
1. The buyer must contact a sales representative promptly.
2. You can cancel your order at any time for free before shipping.
3. If an order is canceled or delivery is refused after shipping (except in cases of refusal due to shipping damage), it will be treated as a return, and shipping fees will apply.
7. Warranty Information
1. All of our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against material and craftsmanship defects.
2. Within 30 days of shipment, you have the option to return your item. However, after this period, you can still avail yourself of the manufacturer's warranty policy and procedures.
